SAP PO providing dummy webservice

Hi All,

I have a scenario where I have to provide a dummy webservice in SAP PO which would always return some static content i.e Please contact helpdesk@abc.com.

On the sender side I can put a sender REST adapter but what do we put on receiver side to handle the static content ?
