Idoc to email

I am trying to do an idoc to email scenario. I have successfully have it working. The email comes out with the payload.txt and payload.xml. I some have managed to add one more attachment that i wanted to send out, which is coming out as expected. but now i dont want to send the payload.txt and payload.xml as an attachment in the email.

Note: i am using a mail adapter and using messageTransformbean.
