Unable to distribute the load across the nodes

Hi All ,

    I am using PO7.4 clustered environments . 2 clusters ( 4 nodes) . I noticed , the Adapter : EDISeparator   which is heavily being used as per design requirement in Production  , and I noticed only one node completely saturated , rest all completely unused.

Please note I have modified the screenshot to give actual picture.

Can anyone tell me how do I get properly distributed among the 4 nodes .
