Data Flow:
According to data record in ECC tables we have to send PDF by mail. These PDF file must be completed offline and submitted via mail to default address. The data content in the PDF file received will have to be checked and inserted into tables in ECC.
Question:
How do you manage a flow?
where do you generate the PDF? (ECC, PI, BPM???)
From which system would you send PDF? (ECC, PI, BPM???)
How to handle error? you could send a list of the errors found with the pdf or other?
Between the sending and receving the file the data entered in offline pdf may not more exist in ECC.
how do you handlie thi error?
